Everything we teach is hands-on, practical and completely free. A typical weekly session runs 5–10 hours: a clear, plain-language introduction from a trainer, hands-on practice, friendly one-to-one Q&A, and a take-home guide you can keep.

Our programmes are free and open to adults living across Greater Manchester and Sheffield. There is no cost, no need for prior experience, and no English requirement. We especially welcome refugees, asylum seekers, recent arrivals, unemployed people, or anyone facing hardship or social exclusion.
